How do I pay a PCN?

We accept payment in two methods: 

Payment can be made online here.

In order to make payment you’ll need your PCN Reference number, Vehicle Registration and a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

To reduce the risk of fraud, we use 3-D authentication, meaning you’ll need to verify both the security code on your card, as well as the address the card is registered to. 

Alternatively, payment can be made via telephone. 

There are two options depending on the reference number on your PCN: 

If your PCN reference starts with PMH, you can ring 0333 023 6009. 

If your PCN reference is just a number, you can ring 0333 023 6835.
