If your PCN has a prefix of PMH, please pay your ticket here.
If your PCN has a prefix of NEW, please pay your ticket here.
If your PCN has no prefix, please pay your ticket here.
In order to make payment you’ll need your PCN Reference number, Vehicle Registration and a valid credit or debit card.
To reduce the risk of fraud, we use 3-D authentication, meaning you’ll need to verify both the security code on your card, as well as the address the card is registered to.
Alternatively, payment can be made via telephone.
