We aim to respond to all appeals received online within working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) within 7 days.
Appeals received by mail will incur a longer response time, however will never exceed the 28 days limit outlined by the BPA.
As soon as an appeal is received, the PCN is placed on hold while we consider your appeal. During this time the cost of your PCN will not increase.
If your appeal is received within the reduced rate period (within 14 days of issue) and your appeal is rejected, the ticket will be offered at the reduced rate for an extended 14 day period.
