As the registered keeper of a vehicle, you will always receive a Notice to Keeper (NTK) via mail from ParkMaven when a parking contravention occurs.
If you weren’t driving the vehicle at the time of the contravention, you can name the driver or hirer here.
As the registered keeper in England or Wales, you can be held liable for the costs of unpaid parking charges, if the Notice to Keeper was issued in line with PoFA 2021, Schedule 4.
If the Notice was issued inline with PoFA regulations, this will be clearly stated on the ticket.
