All users of private car parks must abide by the terms and conditions of the contract which you agree to enter by parking on the land. These are clearly displayed by the entrance and at various points within the carpark.
Disabled badges/blue badges, are not valid on private land. Although some of our car parks may provide disabled parking bays, these are still chargeable.
You may be issued with a Parking Charge Notice if you park in a disabled bay, without displaying a valid blue badge, even if you have paid for parking.
