I was authorised to park

Modified on Tue, 25 Jun at 12:46 PM

If you were authorised to park, for example a hotel guest staying on site, you should still abide by the terms and conditions outlined in signage on site.

The signage on site will outline the requirements of validating your vehicle, by providing your vehicle registration on arrival, either through a receptionist, host, or using an online portal.

If you failed to validate your parking session as outlined on the signage on site, the PCN was correctly issued and you remain liable to pay the charge.
