I didn't see any signs in the car park

Our BPA approved signage is clearly visible throughout the carpark. This outlines the terms and conditions under which a motorist is authorised to park, and that a PCN may be issued if these conditions are not met. Motorists may authorise their vehicle to park through paying a parking tariff, or validating through a QR code, tablet, or similar where appropriate.

We don’t hide our signs in the hope of catching people out. With an average of 1 sign for every 5 bays within our carparks, we offer motorists ample opportunity to read signage, obliging them to comply.

Failure to notice parking signs clearly displayed both at the entrance and throughout the car park, unfortunately does not authorise your vehicle to park.

As per the signage which is clearly displayed throughout the car park: By parking within the car park, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of the Parking Contract. Failing to pay, or otherwise validate your vehicle for the full duration of your stay is therefore failing to comply with the Parking Contract, and as such means you accept liability to pay the fee for unauthorised parking.
